REFUND POLICY Last updated: June 2026

At PumpedXD, we stand behind our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date.

The product must be unopened and in its original sealed condition. Once the seal is broken the sale is final, no exceptions.

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with your order number, reason for the request, and a photo of the intact seal sent to pumpedxdstore@gmail.com. We will respond within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Damaged or incorrect orders must be reported within 7 days of delivery with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost.

PumpedXD reserves the right to refuse requests that show signs of policy abuse.
